Not a hardware sale
We do not sell equipment or push new devices. We work with what your business already uses whenever that is the sensible path.
Good onboarding is the difference between a service that lives in a drawer and a service that works every day. Here is exactly what happens from the first call to full handover — so you know what to expect at every stage.
We meet your leadership or operations lead. We ask about your team size, locations, the systems people use daily, and the moments when remote access currently hurts: slow mornings, locked-out employees, security worries, or a messy offboarding process.
With your permission, we review how access is set up today. We do not need passwords or sensitive data — we need a map: who connects, from where, to what, and through which providers.
We write a clear design document: the recommended environment, access rules, identity approach, and what stays the same. It is written for humans, not just technicians — your leadership should be able to read it over coffee.
You receive a fixed-price proposal with scope, timeline, and responsibilities on both sides. When you approve, we sign a straightforward service agreement and schedule the work. No surprise line items later.
We configure the core environment: the secure connection points, identity checks, and access rules. This stage is invisible to your team — work continues exactly as before while we build underneath.
We invite a small pilot group of friendly users to test the new environment. They try the daily routines — email, files, internal systems — and report anything that feels different. We tune until it feels boring, which is exactly the goal.
Once the pilot is smooth, we roll out to the whole team in waves. Each wave gets a short orientation: what changed, what stayed the same, and who to contact with questions. Most people never need to call — the ones who do get fast answers.
At handover you receive three documents: a one-page executive summary for leadership, a practical guide for your team (“how to connect from home, from the office, and from the road”), and a technical reference for your own IT contact. Nothing is kept secret in someone's head — if you ever change provider, the knowledge stays with you.
We also walk your designated contact through the management basics: where the monthly summary comes from, how to request changes, and how our support line works. Then the environment moves into managed mode.

Typical timeline: small businesses (up to 25 people) are fully onboarded in about two weeks; larger or multi-location organizations usually take three to four weeks. We always agree on the timeline in writing before we start.

We are not an internet provider and do not sell connectivity contracts. We manage the access environment on top of whatever connection you already have.
You stay in control. Every change is documented, every policy is explained, and you can review or exit at any time under the terms of your agreement.
